With TORs on my 09 Touring along with the Viking crossover piece, I have been considered getting Paul's custom exhaust header in the silver. As yet I'm undecided for a few reasons.
The 09 stock header appears to be much better for exhaust flow than the cast iron one on my 07 Classic so one...

They are designed for Roadsters and wouldn't fit my Standard with the factory foot...
So, it appears the used CES header I purchased doesn't want to play with my footboards due to clearance issues with the rear brake master cylinder resovoir.
The rear brake lever is pretty darn close too.
Any suggestions?
My 2007 has a cat delete, Tors and RamAir (I bought the last one as a Christmas present to me from my wife). Would putting on one of Paul’s or Carpenter’s headers add any more umph? I really like the look of the triple exhaust and sound of the Tors.
Well I had the update kit on the 06 done in July and earlier this month noticed the engine was wet with oil.
Knew what it was straight away.
Called the stealership and said that it's got a leak and will they repair it?
Yes they would for a few hundred dollars.
So I know they used the...

Just curious if anyone has wrapped the stock head pipes? I was riding yesterday and it was warm temp wise and the back of my right thigh was cooking!! Wondered if it was worth it to try a wrap or maybe some other solution. Thanks
Im in the market for some headers new or used. I currently have tors with a ram air filter. Checking in to see whats avaiable out there. Thanks yall!!!
I recently got myself a TTS exhaust header off another member here. I wrapped it and it should still fit under the original heatshields. Took about 2 hours to get the wrap on, its an awkward shaped manifold and had to be done in a few sections. Thought I would put a few pics of it up for anyone...
I have decided to put my 05 back on the road and need a few things. A stock header in any shape (only need the flanges) and foot peg rails in any shape (again, only need the flanges).

I just got a new exhaust system put on the bike, and it is HOT! It is running between 650-730 F. at idle. Heat Shields would have to be fabricated, so wrapping the header is the only option.... I sure hate to cover all of that nice work. Any suggestions? I currently have the RamAir, and new...
Just got back from picking ole Brutus up from Procycle Dyno.
After fitting the New CES headers to the Jardine mufflers (CES had to custom fit to Jardines) the results are in and a gain of about 8.5hp and 1.0 fb torque - NOW 232hp - I gotta say i am very happy with these results and the bike...
I'll be receiving a CES full system in a couple weeks along with a Ramair intake as well. I'm super excited to get it on the bike and tuned, But I have one problem.
The guy who will be doing the tune is at a bike event I'm attending and will only be there for a day and it pretty booked...
It seems like once you’ve done end cans and air filter, the next step in increasing performance before resorting to engine work/forced induction is less restrictive headers. There are several options discussed on the site that seem to work well. However, they are all ‘curly’ shaped (you know...
