    Does anyone know how hot the header sheilds and TORs get at peak operating temperature? Reason I ask is I am looking to use a high temp powder coat to black out the rest of my roadster (the entire exhaust system) and the stuff says it's rated up to 1200F.     Roadster to R3C Exhaust Compatibility

    Does anyone know if the Roadster silencers/cross-over pipes would bolt up to the R3 or R3C downpipes without mods please? Not that I would want to fit cat containing silences but if some aftermarket stuff comes up for the Roadster and it would fit my R3C it would be handy to know. Thanks

    Jardine Exhaust & triple K&Ns

    Installed Jardine black exhaust, triple K&N's, PC5 and auto tune. Just got back from dino test and ran it 4 times. 2nd run 133hp, 3rd run 136hp, 4th run 140hp and 149tq. Auto tune still learning.

    exhaust leak

    I have an exhaust leak at the manifold to the cat eliminator, bought new gasket but try as I might it still leaks, I tightened the clamp so tight that I broke the darn bolt, luckly I had a spare,,,, any sugestions

    I recently downloaded 20258 tune after installing TORS on my 08 R3T. Starts and runs fine so far however I'm afraid to take it on the road until just yet. With the new tune I noticed the exhaust glows red right away on start up at idle. Is this normal? I'm getting ready for a 1500 mile ride...
