    90,000 miles and looks like new is NOT leather unless real attention has been paid to preservation.

    Well then, it certainly is great Vinyl! Feels like and looks like leather, wears better and requires far less maintenance. Viva Vinyl!

    I cannot abide the styling of the R18. The cylinders are ridiculously large and far less attractive than the BMW's earlier versions. In terms of a performance comparison with the R3, there is no contest.

    I had the BT-Moto tune installed several months ago. Although the claim is for 35 more HP, it seems that result is simply because the top RPM has been increased to 7500. I feel no difference at all below 6000 rpm. What do you all think?

    Where Was Your Rocket Assembled?

    I was looking over my 2021 R3 GT and admiring the quality of its assembly and overall quality. I decided to research the VIN # and found it was assembled in Thailand!! I think many of us are suspect about the quality of products made in Asian countries but my R3 flies in the face of that concept!

    Yes to floorboards! I had a 2010 Rocket Classic with the boards and just loved them. I wish Triumph would at least have offered them as a factory option on the R3 GT .

    I had the same and used 0000 steel wool which changed the finish. I had to carefully use the same wool to lightly get the finish back to stock. I don't know where to spots came from but they never returned!

    Riding 63 years and have owned 30+ bikes. All bikes were stored all winter and never had an issue with a tire malforming.

    OMG...That is a fantastic deal! You are getting the exact bike as a 2024 for at least $6K less!
