More than likely posted before, but might be helpful to some.
Was getting the dreaded click on starting...
Checked & cleaned starter button, clutch & sidestand switch, also doubled up on earth lead. Starter practically new.
So I thought I'd buy a new relay $20 from Repco & Boom
no problems at all now.
My other rocket was a bit sluggish starting (original relay from 06 & 90,000 k's) so I bought another & holy moly it starts way better
The difference from original is 40/30 Amp instead of 20/30 & not sure about the resistor part
Pic of part number might be useful only in the southern hemisphere
