I'm moving to Japan this spring and would like to bring the Rocket. However, the government of Japan has emission and braking standards for all motorcycles. Do you know where I can find the standards? The most current I can find is an article from 2017.

1) How long have you been running the flash
2) Is it a pain in the ass to load with multiple problems to get it running without issues. How about bugs
