zard snakeweld, leg on fire issue

Hi, fitted a zard snakeweld last year, all good very happy with it also forward controls shortly after. didnt seem to be an issue before but lately the proximity of my lower leg to the exhaust is causing me grief, at anything below 60 the heat from the downpipes is very noticeable and intrusive to say the least. I dont really want to hide the beautiful welding on the pipes with wrapping or a heat shield also do not remember this being a problem when 1st fitted so thinking how badly out of tune would the bike have to be to make it run this much hotter. interested if this has been an issue for any body on here ?

I noticed a big reduction of pipe heat when I installed the correct tune to run a richer fuel mixture.

got a tune from hanso, will check that it is still loaded

just reload it if it is still a problem let me know thru our original conversation we will nut it out
