Wondering if anyone has tried this tail tidy option? Considering which way to go and the price on this one is appealing.

best tail tidy in world ( if allowed in your world/country) I bought the last one they had, and now they stopped producing it, costed me around 500 British pounds

Careful when using Motea. A lot of their parts are universal fit and not model specific and their delivery service is really slow. I've bought some Harley bits off them and found them really good at excuses

Yeah the mount even looks universal now that you mention it. Nothing R3 about it. Well it's kicked off the options list then. Thanks.

To their credit I bought a large tail pack for a KTM 990 Superduke. It was listed for the bike but when I got it I discovered that it sat on top of the exhaust cans. I raised concerns about it to which they replied I should get a qualified technician to fit it !!!!! I was not a happy camper. I had also emailed the Indian manufacturer that came back saying not to fit it........ Upshot was I got refunded and allowed keep the bag. I fitted silicone exhaust protectors and it works a treat

Hello,
This is what I made, using the stock license plate bracket.
I ordered a new bracket from Triumph in the UK, it took about 6-weeks for delivery at about $200.00 US.
I cut the OEM license plate bracket and then I bent a piece of aluminum plate 1/4” thick
(I’m American, I don’t use the metric system)
This allowed me to build this license plate bracket while I still ride.
I bought a curved license plate trim ring with LED light stripe.
I tig welded it, and dropped it off at a plating shop, and had it power coated to match the OEM license plate bracket.
Photos attached…….

Very nice! I thought about this too just with buying a cheap curved plate mount and modifying the factory mount the same way but with just drilling and bolts instead of welds. Currently, I bought a cheap universal mount like the one in this thread and I have taken it apart. I'm looking to make a mount using the two rear threaded holes on my GT's undertail that are made for bag brackets. I like TCP's custom mount, but I want mine tucked in tighter to the brake light. It will get done but alot of projects going on rn. Hell I just got my real license plate! Lol
