Does anyone know where to find Z rated tires for an R3, I've been to 145 on my Cobra Avon V rated tires, but will be getting to 160 soon. Don't want to have an oops at speed. Thanks, Big Mike

Might have to go to a car tyre now do not quote me as I could be wrong.
What mods are you doing to get up to 160mph a wee bit more than an air filter and tuneboy.
you can get a ZR rated front in 130 but the only 240 tires that are ZR rated are 118 inch tires you would need either a carbon fiber set of rims or modified stock rims. If your going to try a car tire at them speeds make sure your insurance is up to date.

Never doing a car tire, I like the twisties to much. I expect 20-25 hp bump with NOS, I won't need to hold it there, just get up to the upper revs in 5th.
be sure your foot doesn't come off the peg. also take video on your first run this might be the only one that you get. i do wish you the best of luck and a wild safe ride.

shinko 006 Podium 130/60ZR17 I would have to look but I bet there are others. I have ran the VR rated tires Avon cobra and the rear metlzer and rear shinko much higher then your talking about without problems Haven't run the bridgestone exedra max over 180 yet but I suspect it will hold well.
