Looking good! Two quick questions concerning secondaries removal. What do you use to fill the holes after removing the secondaries? How do you keep the check engine light from coming on when secondaries removed? Thanks.

Throttle body borer did the filling I don’t know what he used and I will post how to turn off stepper that has been removed.

I made up some small alloy plugs that were shouldered to match the outside of the throttle body, I gave them about a Knats Foreskin interference and pressed them in from the outside.
I then trimmed and cleaned them up on the outside.

A Knats Foreskin is a tool Making term.

A Knats Foreskin is smaller than a Knats deck.
A knats deck is smaller than sweet F*** all.

F*** all is about a thou

I hope the video works better than mine! 1st attempt, wouldn’t crank, hadn’t modded the ground cable or starter. 2nd attempt, cranked for too long, had to cool down the starter. 3rd attempt the thing started fine, and I forgot to start the recording until after it started. Lolz.
