Who's got the leather tank cover pocket thing?

Tank Leather

Husband has one, he feels that it scratched the paint on his black bike. Doesnt use it anymore. Not sure if it just wasnt fitted right, but the guy who had it before, let it scratch the paint. We can buff it out though, its not too bad.

Got one on my black R3S - yep, it fugs up the paint a bit but since I'm not going to take it off until hell freezes over its doing its job just fine. I like the pocket for papers and air gauge.

Thats a great idea. I also thought maybe some mole skin to stop the 'chaffing'.. will consider it.
For some reason I am getting scratches on my tank directly in the middle, heading up to the fuel cap.. I think its my jacket zipper because sometimes I lean forward to get out of the wind a bit...what the hell? think a wind screen would help duh
 
I like mine and use the pocket for my cell or sometimes sunpass. I just wax under it once a month. Of course my black bike is tougher than the lipstick red ones! :lol:
