Ok, here goes.
I found the issue for my bike, but not sure if it's the same for you.
I am a part of a joint workshop with some 40 guys, 1 of them are working with electrical installations on helicopters and military equipment.
We used 3 hours yesterday, and he went through everything on my bike, all measurements, that could have any impact on the issue.
What he found was pretty simple tbh.
Since the batteri and starter + wires were 100% new and upgraded, we new this was not the issue, and all measurements where spot on, BUT......
For amps to get through, even though the voltage seems fine, all the connections must be good, so we took out all the relays and cleaned the sockets and the relay pins.
I put on new pins on the coils as well, and even though I stripped some new isolation of the wires, he could see that the wire itself was corroded, underneath the isolation I pulled of.
That, we couldn't fix right away, but nonetheless, it all paid of, and it started.
I still need heavy juice on the battery, but clearly this was some of the problem.
I´m sure the wires needs to be replaced, but that's a job for another day.
Right now I am heading to buy new sockets and a new starter relay, hopefully that will do the last bit, until I man up and get ahead with the wire change.
Hope this was useful, and thank you for the help...
Now, on to next issue, I have excessive smoke coming out from the crankcase breather hole
