One might think that finding what size tools are needed for wheel removal might be easy, but no it's not. I did find that the front wheel spindle needs a 19mm hex socket but can't find any info on the rear spindle torx bolt, even the manual only states how to remove it and torque values but not tool size.
Was curious so went down to the garage to check with the Torx sockets I have. A T60 is what you want. Handy that most of the socket sets you get online go up to T60, so it's not hard to find.

I probably misunderstood and you already know this, but the rear wheel spindle bolt does not need to be removed to remove the wheel.
See page 184 in the service manual about lubing the needle roller bearings. That's when you'd need to remove that bolt. The rear wheel is held on by the lug bolts on the right side of the bike- just like a car wheel.
