Was a dumb mistake by me pulled into the side of the road at a mates place and put the front wheel over the curb and just threw me off balance and down she went.
Oh crap didn't even have time to hit the kill switch before I had it back on the wheels.
Now I heard she a heavy bike but only took me one go to get her upright.
Hopped back on and nearly put her down on the other side.
Ended up with a small dent in the lower pipe, marks on the bars front and rear and 3 marks on the edge of the right screen lowers.
Now me on the other hand I am wondering what damage I have done to the back again.
Feels like I have buggered up an old work injury from 19 years ago hasn't felt this bad for 8 years right leg feels a bit numb and tingling.
Will see if i can walk in the morning and able to ride the Rocket to work.
Thanks for that . I use an ATV lift with a homemade bracket , but find I am allways stooping . Could do with something that lifts higher . I had a hydraulic work bench , but they take up too much room in the bat cave !

Ouch easy done - hows the back today? Do not neglect it!
We all need to be careful when lifting R3's and easiest and safest to backup to them up using our arse and legs. If lifting from RHS putting the side side down first can possibly help stabilise or prevent a flip over.
Once up, if safe, it is always best to leave it on the side stand and get your sh!t back together before re-mounting.
Once bike was back on the stand I had a small Jim Beam and a slow ride home.
