I called British USA/Gulf Coast BMW in Houston to check on the rebuild of my wrecked baby. Parts are ordered from the UK and I should be on the road by my birthday!
I looked at her in the garage and the stop-n-go tire plug is still holding. Snow out anyway. Have tire insurance as I just bought the bike 3 or so months ago, we will see how long it takes to get a new tire.
Went to the International Motorcycle Show (IMS) and missed having the Triumph there and many brands were missing. Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, HD, and Indian were the big ones, but Yamaha surprisingly was not there among other brands. The IMS is getting to be a bit of a let-down in the Northern VA area despite the large motorcycle presence. The rallies at Ocean City, Gettysburg, and a few smaller ones have a huge turn-out each year. But the IMS in Washington DC just doesn't attract the vendors or larger brands like in other locations where IMS is held. Fortunately it was a warm weekend so was able to take the bike out for a couple rides.
These are the measurements: Your bars are just 32" wide, but they should provide over 16" pullback, which is what I am primarily after. So, I shall do a little work to them and mount yours first. Now to determine the cable and brake line lengths . . .

Got the call that "Black Mamba" was ready for pickup and I'm about to go get her.
$1,030.00 for new valve cover gasket, valve check & adjustment, trimming of front fork spacer (rework as Wilber Spring instructions were incorrect last year)
and brake fluid flush and fill. I won't be making that mistake again $$$
I will do the radiator service myself and replace the plugs before riding season.
