I don’t want to speak for @scot in exile, but that looks like it. I thought about doing those on my bike, but I’m concerned about motorists perception of the which way the blinker is going. I couldn’t tell if those LEDs are programmable so that you can get them to march to the left or march to the right to improve signaling to other motorists.
For the most part I have my wife riding behind me and she knows where I'm going. The rest of the time there is no one close enough behind me to even see my bike.
I used this relocation kit for $40. Raises the tag about 2 inches and brings the turn signals in like 3 inches. Doesn't sound like much but it cleans up the rear end showing more tire.
