I am not having the best of luck at all lately. First a brake failure now this. The right side can wont accept the bolt all the way due to the hole they drilled into the mounting tab not being centered see attached. I bent it a little just to let it get in this far but it's obvious that's not the problem. Yes I could "elongate" the hole with a drill bit. But for such a renowned exhaust system id expect better quality control. I called it a night cause ive been having nothing but issues since I've bought this bike and anything related to it. So yeah I'm pretty fed up at this point. I've emailed them and will update next week if and when they respond to my message. Pictures attached

just going to throw a couple of things out there and will let you decide if they would work.
i have taken a die grinder and made two cuts making it a slide in fit.
if it has a nut on the other end that you could tighten then you could grind the edge of that bolt down so it would set against the bracket and not turn just tighten the nut,
i don't know if this would work or what it would look like.

Thanks ill try the slide fit if I don't hear back from them soon. Sounds like a good idea in general for just ease of installation

So here's an update. I went out there again and I think they just gave me the wrong pipe for my bike altogether. The pipe that slides into the headers is way too narrow and slides in and out even fully clamped.

2nd update. I'm an idiot. Lol I got it all on there correctly I was being too scared to tighten that clamp down really hard. but the inner mud guard I'm just trying to figure out how to remove.
