Hey Guys
I haven't had to do this yet but I know some of you do your own work. But surely there are some of you who take your rockets to the shop for the valve check. What kind of prices are you seeing? Boss went by one shop in Denver and they quoted him 1200.00. Man that's insane and I hope that isn't the norm or I need to find a money printer. Thanks Al
My first one was about 500 bucks after that I handled all my work. So it either gets done right or screwed up by myself rather than a independent second party

My estimate was $550 but a leaky fork seal and front brake pad added $1000. My fault for not asking how much for the seal and pad those are a couple simple enough jobs I could have done. I have the parts list and they do quite a bit for the $$$ at 20.k
When was it changed? My manual still say 10, 30, and 50 thousand miles. Good to know if it's changed. If I factor in all the service intervals on my Harley when I owned it, it's still cheaper with the Rocket. Almost $400 a pop at the 10k and 20k points plus close to $200 at the 5k and 15k points. That $1200 by the 20k Mark.

I was informed by my dealer that the inspection sheets they recieved from Triumph had changed, the valve check was off until the 20k interval. To confirm I contacted Triumph and attached is a copy of the conversation.
