says standard exhaust I mean and has a verex slip on made in Tasmania sorry I should have proof read post first
 
What if my vin is before the number nominated?

What will be the effect?

Have any maps for Pre AV5457 been released/updated lately (last 3 months).

The older tunes are not updated. The best thing to do is to download the base map for your country and model, download the corresponding new tune, and copy the tables from the new tune into your base tune.

I have downloaded the map for Pre AV5457 on bike (31018).

How do i copy the tables from updated map (say 31254) to 31018. Or can i just use the newer map (31254).

Please excuse my ignorance, still learning all this.

hey hertz i am computer illiterate and not a fan of samsung but i fumbled through it and the difference in the bike is amazing, just follow the prompts
i am beginning to think my other issues are due to water getting in the switch blocks when i washed prior to tuning

31254 is a stock map. Penner’s maps on Tuneecu.net have different names.
 
I copied Penner’s new unrestricted maps for vin AV5457 and later (USA and Canada), for the R and GT, into the All Markets (including Europe) base maps 31018 (R) and 31012 (GT), which are for the older vins. Penner hasn’t yet posted unrestricted maps for All Markets for the newer vins. There are two GT maps. GT2 is more aggressive in Road mode (ETV2 table).
