It's a long shot, but hey...

It looks as though tomorrow is going to be dry for most of us, so I was thinking, that it might be worth making a suggestion of a meet up at the Triumph Visitor Centre around midday.

Anyone interested???

@Gimlet @Fozzie @Rufus Roughcut ........etc....

This will be the way i'll be going if anyone fancies riding down with me.

Here's the route on GoogleMaps:

Sheffield to Triumph Factory Visitor Experience

If there's no takers, I might do something different. Just depends how things go....

Bit far for me as a day ride at this time of year. A lot of motorway miles coming from Durham.

I'd be up for it in the summer if I had a stopover somewhere around your start point and I could set out early and take a non-motorway scenic route to get there.

That's ok mate..... Yes, we should try to organise a group meet up next summer.
The Triumph visitor centre is fairly central in the country, so that will suit most folk.......and the visitor centre is good to look around too.

I'd be up for that👍.
And if anyone fancies a day of Rocketry around the fabulous roads of the north east next summer, let me know.

There's a very cheap youth hostel, which is also a pub, in the village where I live. It's in the perfect location for exploring the North Pennines and Northumberland national park.
