You can dyno tune using Tuneboy only if you can find a Dynojet dyno tuner who has done it numerous times - i.e., is an expert using Tuneboy. (You need the extra USB cable for this). Otherwise, don't go that route.
As rat suggested, if you can rent a PCIII, you can have it custom mapped, then take the map and apply it to the tuneboy tune you are using, assuming you know what that tune is.
If you can't rent one, you can always buy one. The combination of Tuneboy and a PCIII is the most flexible. For example, Wayne at Tuneboy has created tunes for triple filter intakes which have custom ignition tables. You can't do that with a PCIII. You should be able to get pretty close with the Tuneboy tunes available from Tuneboy and on this forum, then fine tune the fuel with the PCIII.
