Tune # for this set up?

Sorry for the confusion. I took the whole catbox off and replaced it with a by-pass pipe then put on the TOR's. I'm also running the K&N under the seat. So...after reading your list, I'm guessing the tune #54 is the correct one.
Will removing the butterflies have any effect on the tune? My guess is that it doesn't since you're going to top revs in 3rd, 4th and 5th gear anyway.
