Heading out early Thursday(10/6/16) for the Mecca meeting of Triumph motorcycles, no where else in the States will you have so many Triumphs in the one spot.
Hope to see some of the die hards from this site this weekend and for those who can not attend start planning for next year.
If you have to ask where is this massive meeting of triumphs it is no other than Barbers Vintage Weekend located at Barbers Museum and grounds at Leeds AL.

Yes same date each year, I will post a few pictures in a wee while, I was parked right in front of the main building each day, on Friday another Rocket was parked out front I snapped a picture of the tag will post it later.
It wasn't , I rode with my brother in law and his boys in a pu truck. Won't make that mistake again. Took an hour to ride the bus, to the shuttle, to get to the lawn on turn 2. Mostly sat under a tree watching the races all day.

I was there Friday and saw a black Roadster and a red Touring(?) in front of the museum. Saw another classic pull up as I was leaving. I didn't know the fine folks in the museum will check in (stow) your gear while you visit the sites. Will definitely go back next year. The visit to the museum alone is worth the trip! Just make sure you have comfortable shoes as you'll be on your feet pretty much all day to see all the exhibits.
