Shrink you are either a very menacing looking character or you've run into the best Triumph Dealer on the planet .. anyone know how we can get that Dealer cloned

Hey Tomcat, not too menacing anymore. The dealer was Team Triumph in Janesville, WI. But, I bought it at Milwaukee Triumph/BMW because Janesville didn't have a leftover 14 in stock. But I called and emailed Milwaukee and got nothing but crickets. Janesville stepped up and fixed it and Peter and Bill in Atlanta did me a solid. I put the bags on Friday. I hope to see my payment soon too. It sure is nice riding it again.

It's great to hear, but like rubbing salt in the wounds of those who can't get any resolution from triumph for known problems, and now their " update kits" are becoming hard to find, so we can't even fix them ourselves,WTF. Triumph is so hot n cold addressing issues, it's a crap shoot with these bikes
