Touring turn signal relocation

Removed the bar and added turn signals to fairing. Horn gone. Cleaner

Needed 3 mm, so the harley bullets are a tad smaller, different lens caps readily available. So a little tweaking, changing out bullets and swapping out internals for oem wire connectors without having to buy new connectors from corsa
