To much bike for a second bike?

The jerking coming out of a corner is the one big negative about the rocket.
I also try to hold the throttle slightly open in those situations, but it's a pain to have to do it.

When I first got the bike it didn't jerk.
After the update kit it did.

what they said.
one half throttle mid corner would be oh my god

JRock, perhaps someone can mod our tunes so the shallow throttle settings get less fuel and are easier to manage.

I have Predator pipes (remember them?) with a tune that was supplied to me by the pipe's maker, travelguy.
And I lost the expensive Tuneboy key a long time ago ;(

Anyway, I have decel popping, too. I always wanted a dyno tune. who knows?

To the original poster of this thread; Take a test ride, buy the Rocket and don't kill yourself.

I don't experience jerking coming out of a corner. Not sure what you guys are talking about.

JRock would a trip to Carpenter's NJ shop for a dyno tune work for you ?

It will spoil you for other bikes had a ride on my mate Z1000 the other day fast but just doesn't have the presence of the rocket.

I have a scout in my garage that belongs to my grandson and once in a while I will take it for a short blast. It's quick and agile with a low seat height. I personally wouldn't use it as a long distance machine although some do, but it's fun as hell to ride.

I don't have a R3, but like you I want one.
