When I open up the throttle when in gear and riding. The engine seems like it going to stall and than excelerates as normal . The same problem occur in also gears shifts. Any suggest for a fix would be appreciated.
Could be fuel injector sticking. You could remove the injectors and clean them using Motion Pro's tool. It also could be your Throttle Position Sensor is misbehaving. Kinda depends on where you want to start spending money. It's going to be a process of elimination to cure your problem, hopefully it's the first one solves it (less money).

Thoroughly clean the throttle bodies and linkages. I use WD-40 and a toothbrush.
But, most likely, as @atomsplitter suggested it will end up being your TPS. They go out all the time.
Other things to check....
the leads on the coils are all tight
fuel filter
vacuum hoses and any caps (if you're removed the stock air filter) that could be cracked
MAP sensor problem
I had a similar issue with my Roadster several years ago. It's a long post, but if you jump to page 10 you'll find how to test the TPS. In my case it turned out to be the TPS and fuel filter.
