I got all three of mine at 630. Took a while but I thought it would greatly improve smoothness. I did it at the same time as fitting the ram air, so I have noticed a difference. They were 600 to 650 before, so am I right in thinking the the improvement was only from the ram air, cos boy it's good.
I can tell you something not to do. My vacuum lines didn't fit on the barbs very tight anymore, so I thought I would replace them. I bought new "vacuum" line at the auto parts store and replaced them. The first time we went riding it was pretty warm out and the bike started running weird. Long story short when they got warm my new vacuum lines were collapsing. I ended up taking the originals and trimming the ends back and re-using them.

This bike is a bit of a basket case. Running very rough. Replaced spark plugs, replaced the following parts with used parts - coil packs, vacuum lines, wiring loom, ECU and throttle body - also performed compression test and valve clearance and replaced inlet O rings at the cylinder head. I suspect the O ring on cyl 1 did not seat properly..

I just converted to the Yamaha coil over plug setup and couldn't be happier. Will replace TPS, won't maintain steady reading, but they're currently out of stock, on order.
