Hi. I have a 2012 Roadster from new which has 22,000 on the clock, the last time I had the throttle body checked was at 10,000 so how often do throttle bodies really need to be checked as mine has not had this done for 12,000 miles, also are there any symptoms that they need checking as I am having an issue with the engine spitting, coughing and a slight miss fire also not running smoothly from cold under light throttle use. At 20,000 I had a value clearance check and plugs replaced as they had to remove them to do this even though it was not needed but seemed a good idea to have this done at the same time. Once the engine temp is normal the engine run fine and I just done a mpg check which ave 42 mpg which seems OK.
