Not a bad idea for insurance purposes. Some states require a lock or alarms for insurance purposes. California doesn't but I have a rear tire clamp with pictures just in case to show the homeowners Ins. in case it gets stolen. Better to be proactive this way they can't say crap since I have photo evidence, I did my part.
That doesn't apply if your Rocket is stolen out of your garage. Homeowners insurance will handle that. It doesn't matter if your Rockets insured because the homeowners takes precedence. I should say here in California not sure of Mo.
General consensus on Triumph Forum - lock up any tools that might aid theft, and now they know where and what is involved - secure even more. What do you think made them abort theft?
