No, i wasn't making any larger comment on vets of any conflict, just painting a visual image of this one man.
 
Americans like myself ( which their are many) do appreciate what you and the Australians have done for your and our country as well as the world.

That said, I served with a few a$$ holes; but most of them were officers.
