Just installed the Triumph foglight kit to my 2009 Classic. Gotta say the install was smooth and easy to follow and the lights look slick and of high quality. I feel they actually help the front end look more in proportion to the rest of the bike while not standing out too much or grabbing much attention. At night the road is now lit up like I'm driving a car. They do a great job of widening the light patch and brightening everything up. Very happy with this addition, in case anyone out there was wondering about these.
 
I have them fitted (obtained cheap in the UK from a dealer on E-Bay).

I have another IDENTICAL set (they're far from expensive - about €30 a piece) - labelled SHIN-YO. This is a German marque - but they're made in China. These have been converted to LED powered high beam lamps.

Convert them to LED - I say this as both Halogen headlamps plus both Halogen fogs started to cause voltage drop across the electrical circuit. It's a total of 220Watts after all. They'll also get hot enough to fry eggs on ime. The conversion is NOT a case of swapping to a LED bulb - you have to match reflector technologies to the lens. I have the T-Shirts.

On looks - I'm totally in agreement.

I will add that the brackets allow a fair bit of wobble and I've head of them snapping - vibration fractures.
