Speed Limiter on Tuneboy for the R3T

Has anyone figured out how to take the speed limiter off of Tuneboy for the R3T? Or does anyone know if Wayne has plans on doing it?

No and no. Wayne from Tuneboy has said that he was asked by Triumph not to remove the limiter.

However, member Head, has found that you can swap ECUs from standard to touring model.

I have raised the speed limiter on my R3T from 120 to 130 with Tuneboy.

Wayne was unable to get to 6500 RPMs on the dyno with the limiter set to 120 so he raised it to 130 which is within spec for the rear tire.

How much does an ECU cost? And is the standard ECU completely compatible with the R3T?
