I have gotten a lot of good info off this site over the time I have spent on it. When I come across something that has worked for me I try to pass it along as a sort of payback.
My hands are pretty big. most factory handlebar grips tend to be to small for me, so my hands will cramp . Plus the bar buzz will get to them also.
Some years ago at a BMW national rally I found a vendor who made some wild claims about his wrap around grips. I decided to give them a try. Been using them ever since. I do not any part of his business nor do I get anything for this review.
If he does not have your bike listed you will have to give him the circumference of your grip, plus the length of the flat area between the two points that rise up. BTW with my riding I get over a years wear out of them. Welcome <<<<Click on the highlighted welcome

I have seen leather wraps for grips at a few rallies. They seem to be nice for folks with larger hands. They look really slick with braided leather around the grip. Seem pretty cush and comfortable.

An alternative (esp this side of the Atlantic) are Grip Puppies grip puppy - home - I have these on my KTM.

On the R3 and the Guzzi I found palm shelves to be a better solution though. Esp the Guzzi which has very strong return springs in the Carb's.

I tried the grip puppie sor something like it. The type of material they used , ( a foam) did not hold up. That is when I started looking around. I believe he sells over there also.

I've bought a couple bikes that had grip puppies on, deteriorating and falling apart. The beamer buddies are well known to the BMW crowd, superior product.

Weak hands without hairy palms then heh! You should take up a new hobby! ;):p:D

They have a knockoff product called '***** grips' here in Oz. ;)

I wasn't delicate enough and my pussies ripped apart.:(
