Soft rear brake after recall

Everyone should speak up and file another NHTSA report. That's the only way to get it resolved. It's the only reason they've been forced into the ineffective recalls to replace the rear master cylinder (which did not fix the issue). Triumph has danced around buying them back so far. Watch this model get dropped after this run.

It is a disgrace. A real safety issue. I wonder if it has killed or injured anyone. I also had the recall carried out, got on the bike today and no rear brake at all.

My recall was done November 2024 and the brakes have been fine ever since. The tech spent over an hour on the procedure and did an excellent job. Could the issues you are having come from the replacement procedure?

I guess I lucked out and have had no problem since the rear brake recall.

My thoughts, the install of the new master cylinder and bleeding process were not done correctly.

Funny how it worked fine for a few months, then went to soft again. I just got a pump to reverse bleed them so will see if it helps. I hate to even think about letting Triumph service ever touch it again.
You must have had a bad experience.
My shop sent their tech to Triumph for specific training on the Rocket 2.5L . I have more confidence here.
