Try a Bryant header cook time is 20 seconds longer for that steak. Headers without heat shields are hot, no way around it. Keep that right leg out a bit especially at slow speeds and put that foot down at the stop light. They make a lot of fun of me on here about my “ stripper boots “ but they are functional and stylish.
