Secondary throttle failure

I machined up alloy plugs to push in from the outside.
Everyone was different as the bore diameter varied slightly probably due to wear from the shaft.
In the above photo you can see that I made the "top hat" of the plug to match the casting of the throttle body.

God dam ! And I meticulously clean the whole dam thing except for that one screw
