I changed primary TPS (high idle speed) and while changing I took out second TPS (I mistook these two - I thought that the one I took out is the first one but it was the second one).
Now, there is an alarm of TUNE ECU - secondary TPS low voltage and high voltage.
What is wrong and what happened when installing the second one? First one is OK ( firstly changed), second was taken out and put back again.
Is it possible that you bent the connection or otherwise disturbed the sensor ports? You may be able to simply remove it again, clean it and replace it. I am not sure if this will correct the error you are getting but worth a try if for no other reason than to reinspect the TPS once more.
Tonight I tried to put the sensor normally again - the tension was 4,85V.
I tried to put the sensor rotated 100 degrees and then push and tension was O, 62V at 0% trottle. Upon starting the motorbikes voltage 1,95V trottle was 38%.
But it still glows yellow motor alarm. A error P0223 and P0222 error.
It is set up correctly? changes value when turning the potentiometer TPS.
Or it is necessary to erase a mistake?
I can ride a motorbike with this error?
Thank you.
