Procedure: Using latest diagnostic tools version 2021-04 +, download latest instrument cluster software, version level 030000 first. Then disconnect battery, swap all 4 and reconnect battery.

I went to Triumph of Roswell to get it installed. Dealer has all software. $230 installed, I got the set for $292 shipped from UK by DHL express at World of Triumph site.

After collecting/researching all the possible issues and proper steps to be followed, I kind of compiled the full list of actions to do. One need to go to Dealer for software updates at least, I guess.

I had bluetooth module installed during delivery by selling dealer in Greer, SC. They should have applied latest connectivity software but not sure if they applied the needed instrument cluster update! They didn't have a record of what they did! Had to go to local dealer to be sure and NOT to damage new parts!
