However when safe, you can quickly overtake the opponent and take out his/her rear-vision mirror which will occur them a cost at about $200 to replace. Just be aware that today's mirrors are spring-loaded so it needs a firm downwards hit to come off.

I seem to remember they found the rider and prosecuted him for kicking the car and causing the accident. He was pissed off because the car cut him off a few miles back
