New Speedo Reading = The speed the car will need to go (with the after market tires on) to be traveling at the same speed if the car had the orginal tires on.

FYI....Just in case anyone is interested, I have created a chart for the RPMs at a given MPH. I have based this chart on the information members have provided me in this thread as well as others. The most accurate post I found indicated 2500 RPM at 62 MPH as indicated by a GPS. I have found GPS speed to be very accurate. so using those numbers I came up with the formula ...RPM = MPH/.0248. This appears to be the closest to the actual RPM for a given speed. Thanks everyone for all the input.
