ROX Handle Bar Risers

This Is the Same SetUp As I have on My 08 Std the only other thing you would to need to get aswell is the Top Clamp of an 05 Std which is hinged so it swings up out the way for lifting the Tank and in my Opinion is actually a lot nicer looking, in Warp's picture it actually show the 05 top clamp from memory it only cost about $50 so is quite nice your gauges will still mount onto it and the only other thing is it did not come with the 2 little hexhead screws that hold the hinged part down. I have that and a Utopia backrest and long trips are a pleasure

Hans the newer 06 style cluster mount did not need to move the gauges to lift the tank. The ones like you have hung further out off the handle bar mount.

No Scott you misunderstood me I Did have the newer mount (my bike is an 08) but the Rivco Riser brought the the whole thing back causing it to obstruct the tank so I had to get the earlier mount for which the Rivco Riser was no doubt designed. Believe me I would not have bought the earlier mount If I did not need to:) and by the way the new position of the bar suits me just right, I love my Rivco Risers

Ok well you would know. I have not mounted it so I definetly would not. I intended on mounting it so I could adapt a Scott's steering damper to it. But I opted out of it because after riding Gracie withthe mounts and standard bars I found my left wrist hurt from breaking it real bad about 10 years ago. I never felt any pain with the Classic Pull back bars I have on the Falcon. So Ross aka Zimtuff sold me a set of Cassic bars because they hurt his wrist. I intend on installing them on Gracie while I am giving her a make over. Instead of using the Scotts Stearing damper I bought two piston style ones from a friend on the Land SPeed Racing Forum I am a member of. I amd goign to try to put one on each fork tube of the Falcon. If I can't get both on her then Gracie will be sporting one. I can say one thing about the rivco risers which is they do bring the bars back to a more reachable ride.
Tight now I am learnong how hard it is to pull the LED lights out of Gracies hard bags (without screwing them up that is ) I am getting them covered in leather and alligator skins. I want to re-use the lighting and side bars he put on them.

Gracie should look good, What I also found is the Throttle cable pulls a bit tight so you need to reroute the T/cables behind the headlightso they take a slightly shorter route or you can get the "Classic" model t/cable set which are slightly longer as I did

Trath - Warp
Go for it. I need more lift and back with my short arms.
Sure do appreciate the stand up courtesy!
I have a back rest on my other cruiser and LOVE it! I also have 18" apes on it. ;-}
It would do no good on the R3R unless I can get the bars back and I don't want big apes on this fine handling motor. About 4" up and 4" back will suffice, I reckon.

Do you guys see any reason these Rox won't work?
I understand new cables and brake line shall likely be in order as well.
Are Barnett the preferred cables for a R3R?
Thanks, 1olbull

Barrnet will make custom cables for you. I do not see where the Rox risers would not work but remember you also might have to lengthen the electronic cables. This could most likely be done under the tank by adding to the pig tails coming from the mian harness. I would just cut the wire connectors off the harness and add wire between them. Tis will be under the tank and in a dryer environment.

My only real concern would be if you can clear the gauges
