Yea it was a "little" pay raise, not much,
but,
and this is the important part,
After 5 and a half years of working opposite days at WalMart
I've been working Tuesday-Friday, LeAnn works Saturday-Monday.
Now we'll have 4 days off together.
We can ride together without one of us having to miss work.
That's a good thing.
Can't say yet if it was a good decision or not on the job part,
but it sure will be better for my marriage.
My first "day" is Saturday the 10th.
So I'm gonna see if I can take a couple of days off toward the end of next week and ride over to visit with everybody who makes it early.
Time will tell, maybe I can miss the first day of work (Sat. night)
I've worked for this boss before, and he knows I will out work the rest of his crew,
so maybe I can get my first night off.
