Rocket Woes!!!
Could be the stepper motor need cleaning or adjustment if it runs well after warmup. Clean the throttle rod, springs, etc. Other thoughts are stale gas, fuel filter, cracked vacuum lines and/or caps (if you have non-stock air filter), throttle bodies out of sync.

I had an issue with mine running rough, but we were snowbirds 6 months a year, when it got low I topped off with ethanol free premium, issue disappeared immediately, gas must have been stale. Just a thought
