Rocket sports screen

Looking for some feedback from anyone that has fitted the new sports screen to their Rocket. How effective is the screen at diverting some of the wind away from the rider. I recently switched from a Sprint ST to the Rocket - fantastic change - but I miss the help the the bodywork on the Sprint provided on a long journey. Don't want to spend the pennies on a larger screen - but I also don't want to end up buying two screens if the sports version doesn't have a reasonable effect.

Sport Rocket is a contradiction in terms.
The Rocket is a bit like Rugby, poetic violence.
 
I fitted the sports screen to my rocket. It measures 13" high from the top of the lights up, but only 11" wide. It does divert some of the wind of the torso, it redirects at about the shoulder area for me at 5" 10". It does look cool on the bike, and I'm sure it is good for a couple more horse power, think I'm going to order the "summer screen", which uses the same "fitting kit" to install 3 different screens. When I inquired about measurements for "summer scree" dragline708 replied:

"looks like 21" wide x 15" high measure from center point".

Center point being basiclly from the top of the headlights up.
It looks like the "roadster screen is another 4 or 5 inches taller than the summer screen...any conformations out there. And why doesn't Triumph have these $%#@* measurements on the web????

ubbaked - Thanks for the feedback - much appreciated. Your point about the wind hitting your shoulder may be the kicker for me - being the same height. On a 250mile ride I get a tremendous amount of wind noise on the right side of my helmet - to the extent that it is painful. May sound silly but the root cause seems to be the wind deflecting of the fuel gauge that I had fitted. If the sports screen is going to push the wind to a similar spot then I'll start to look at the option of the summer screen. Many thanks for the feedback - helps me debate the options.

For those considering a Summer Screen;
I am 5'10" and the summer screen, adjusted to it's highest position (which leaves about 1.5 inches between its base and the headlights) takes the wind off your torso and shoulders, but throws a good deal of it in yer face. At least that's what i sounds like. I am going to adjust the screen down to be flush with the top of the headlights next time I go out in case the noise I'm experiencing in my helmet is as a result of air coming underneath the screen. I will post the results when it stops bloody raining here.
 
Updated report as promised with Summer Screen lowered so it's almost touching the lights.
Much better. Still a bit of noise and buffeting, but not as bad as having the screen as high as it will go.
After reading the previous post I'm gunna try it without it next time.
