I just left two black stripes on the road, completely unintendedly ... one in first gear, one in second...
Edit: Went for another ride just now and can't believe i just left a third one - in third gear, at well over 100 kph on a nice, dry road. I'll need some time to get used to this...
For the moment I will have mercy with my back wheel. Seems there is more power than I can use, already. But we'll see...
Anyway, I'm in the process of using a second stock collector chrome cover, to cover the headers in the area of my ankle. This is not done yet, it's still work in progress to make it look really neat at some point in the future. I am experimenting with exhaust wrap band under the cover, as well.
Having spent the last hour or so reading this entire thread I need one of these systems.
I have looked on the CES site but cannot find any mention of Triumph R3R systems, is he still doing them, wrong site, just not shown????

Give them a call or email. Very nice folks and there will be a few decisions to make. Remember...these are custom systems so while the fitment will be the same there are some differences on the ones already released out in the wild. As an example, my next set will be almost the same but I want stainless steel headers. It's all in the details...

They are still making them, like Tex said give them a ring they'll tell you what you want to know. Just work out the time zone so your not trying to get them at 2am.

I tried to go the stainless route with CES, but they did not seem interested in making them. As a matter of fact, the only stainless systems offered for us are Carpenter's or Zard's exhaust. If CES is going to offer the system in stainless, please let us know (I'll order a set).

Stainless would be bloody hot I'm thinking. I think I recall hearing a rumour that a customer wanted chrome plating instead of ceramic coating and the chrome was unbearably hot.
