Rivco center stand (kickstand)

I had one and it dragged in the really tight twisties. It might work better on a cement drive, but on my gravel driveway I'd just about **** my spine out my arse putting up on the stand. Other than that it was great for cleaning the rear wheel.

Anyone have one? How stable are they? Recommendations?
You will need to rotate the crank angle sensor 180 degrees too to fit it other wise it will hit it , i too found it drags a bit but if you bend a cloths hanger wire to act like a hook to keep it up a bit more then it was ok , i found rolling the back tyre on a 1/2 inch thick plank made it much easier to lift or find a slight depression on the ground, having rear bars to grab onto made it much easier to lift as well good luck

So basically, no.

Nothing but bad reviews. Not a good sign. Anyone able to recommend a center kickstand that actually works for this bike?

I feel sure that if there was anything worth having in the way of C/stands many of us would have one fitted..

I would like one too, just aint none worth having at the moment..

once you set it up ( you get good instructions with it) it's a 5-10 minute job to take it off and put it back on, I leave mine off normally:kick: and put it on to do maintenance on the bike it's a good stable stand but to me it's a better maintenance stand
