RIII... number in QUEENSLAND

Triumph Australia inform me they have sold 523 new Rocket III's in Queensland. That's from 2004 to present day (were not able to give me a figure for just South East QLD)

They were able to give me a figure for Western Australia though ... 263 sold.... ... yay Queensland.

yeah it's amazing how many are out there that not on the forum there are three in the bay area I know of that have no interest in getting on line and that is just a small area, be interesting how many have been sold over all of Auss

I've spoken to a few R3 owners over time that I've seen on the odd rides and they didn't know about the forum,

I know mine was originally from Qld. The previous owner purchased it from the original owner from there and had it registered in WA.

No idea where mine was sold new but it's in Qld now. Local dealer says they've never even had an R3 in the showroom ( explains why they never sold one....) Mainly v-twins up here - they're like flies unfortunately.

He and his lady are in the throws of building a new home.
Trev has also bought a second Triumph (Tiger).
I think he just wanted a break from the forum...
