Unfortunately we do need to put our hand up for that one. In our defence he was doing ok while living here.. Since moving to the USA .. went downhill big time.
 

If not married with two kids(well adults now) maybe but no way in hell would I leave my kids, as you know being from wales it was the same in Scotland the daughter of two mongrel dogs making love destroyed vast areas of Scotland.
Do not know your age but you will remember or have heard of the 84/85 miners strike I was a miner at seafield colliery and stood shoulder to shoulder with quite a few welsh miners.
The vote for independence can be brought right back to Thatcher the damage she did in Scotland, wales and North England will in some areas take generations to undo.
I left in 1985 therefore I had no say in the vote although it should have been Scottish born only who should have voted, but breaking away would have been mind boggling all four countries are so tightly intertwined through trade together fighting in wars together etc etc
Now be nice to the English as you know every good scotsman should own one or two of them
