Redesigned RamAir filter available for ordering

Understood and thanks? Just got back and finished installing the TORS exhaust they took just over half an hour at the dealership. They didn't just upload the tune, they checked the system over and made some adjustments as required.....love this exhaust!
 
Hi i've just fitted the ramair and power commander to my rocket today but got to wait to the 26th to get her on the rolling road.can't wait
 
Hi all,

I have a 2009 R3 (standard) that is totally stock except for a Wayne Tripp tune and no snorkel under the seat. I'm interested in the RamAir filter from the perspective of getting rid of all the under-tank plumbing and I was wondering if anyone has a tune for a standard bike with RamAir (or 3 x K&N RU2780 as that would likely be similar).

I've looked on TuneECU.com but no luck. Would one of Claviger's tunes (which are for a Roadsters) work if grafted into the appropriate base map?

tbh - I'd start with a simple 12min tune first. Unless you let it breathe out better (i.e. change pipes) - i's unlikely it'll breathe in enough extra to make the ECU throw a wobbly.
 

Any chance of posting up a youtube vid of the exhaust from behind and possibly going down the road? There's not one good video of the TORS exhaust on a Roadster that I can find.

You guys are lucky. The local dealers aren't allowed to sell the TORS exhaust as they're not CARB (California Air Resource Board) compliant. I'll have to get creative.

Good idea and yes I can and will. Purchased a new mic for the gopro and I have an idea for capturing the sound on the highway... It will just take me a couple of days... Work gets in the way of fun.

That would be awesome my friend. No rush. I really like the look of the stock/TORS but I'd really like to hear the TORS before I spend the money.
