In the past, I have set my suspension sag. Just about everyone was supposed to be set for two inches. My weight is 215 Lbs.
The owner's manual does not give any specific info. We took a ride up Rt 66 today. every bump felt like the rear end had no give whatsoever. For the front forks, I backed the adjustment off a half inch. We have 4 rainy days ahead of us so I want to jump in and learn about my newest gal.
Thanks in advance

Sag shouldn't be 2 inches on a street bike. You'll have way too much sag, and your suspension will almost have bottomed out. Normally, cruisers have about 20-25mm sag. Normally street bikes are about 35-40mm, track bikes about 25mm. I am running about 25mm and it seems to work better for me than the stock settings especially given that the stock spring isn't ideal for my weight.

I've always set mine between 25 to 33% of suspension travel.
Yields enough range to find the sweet spot for my weight and spring rate.
A good starting place!
